For solid colors, it is manufactured from a single, solid piece of 500 mU thick plastic film. For hazardous chevron colors (black/yellow and red/white), we ensure you receive the best possible hazard warning. We print this on a 250 mU base film and then laminate it with a tough, clear 250 mU top film to guarantee the pattern can never be scratched off!

PermaLean Sizes & Shapes

Since PermaLean is manufactured in 1260 mm master rolls, these can be cut into rolls from 15 mm up to a maximum of 1260 mm. Die-cuts can also be produced in any size up to the width of the master roll. View our range of available die-cut designs here.

Our stock range of die-cut H6905 PermaLean designs can be manufactured very quickly, however, custom shapes are also available (minimum order quantities and additional tooling costs are required).
