PermaStripe – one of the world’s most robust and easiest-to-apply floor marking solutions!

In 2006, we decided to develop a new type of floor marking tape because aisle marking had remained unchanged for decades. Conventional floor marking tapes were thin, not very durable, and had a short lifespan. Applying floor marking paint is time-consuming, produces fumes (and therefore cannot be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries), and is not permanent. Applying resins is equally time-consuming, very expensive, and produces harmful solvent fumes; affected areas must remain closed off during application and for 24 hours afterward.

The result of our development was PermaStripe.

PermaStripe floor marking tape offers the following advantages:

• Made from durable, homogeneous plastic with a thickness of 1mm (1000µm). The color is not printed on, but the tape is dyed throughout, so you could scratch it all day without damaging it.
• Beveled edge – because the product is so massive, we have provided beveled edges on both sides so that the tape does not become a tripping hazard.
• Excellent adhesive strength thanks to a solid adhesive coating. Our adhesive layer alone measures 140 µm – to put this into perspective: the total thickness of conventional floor marking tapes is around 40 µm!
• Adhesive right to the edge – We distinguish ourselves by being able to extend the coating right to the edge of the tape, because if the adhesive layer of a product fails, this does not happen in the middle but at the edge – we prevent this.
• Plastic protective film – because paper protective films can tear if applied quickly. That’s why we use plastic protective films for PermaStripe, so you can apply the tape quickly and easily, thus reducing labor costs.
• Two-year warranty – can any other solution offer a two-year warranty?

• We produce PermaStripe rolls with dimensions of 50mmx30m, 75mmx30m or 100mmx30m, Bar Glow in the Dark PermaStripe, which is only available in 75 mm and 100 mm.

We produce PermaStripe floor marking tape in the shape of all letters and numbers and offer two font sizes: 95mm and 180mm.

We also produce PermaStripe floor marking tape in various shapes to ensure a uniform appearance: we offer discs, arrows, corners, L, X, T shapes and 45° angles as well as many other shapes.

Applicator

To ensure minimal application effort, our application-specific applicator applies the product quickly and easily. The applicator automatically removes the protective film. It is supplied complete in its application-specific packaging with illustrated instructions.
